Adding expenses is easy; you have the ability to create new expense categories, and attach receipts (or any file). Here’s a quick overview on adding new expenses to the project pages.
After expenses are created they can be imported as line items within your next invoice. Just like this:
This add-on is currently only provided to Sprout Invoice Business License holders 1. So if you need expense tracking you should consider purchasing (or upgrading) the Business license.
