Invoicing with the Best WordPress Form Plugin

If you’re a Sprout Invoices user, you would probably have already heard Sprout Invoices now has free integrations with all the best WordPress form builder plugins, i.e. weForms, Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, Formidable, and WP Forms.

These integrations with your favorite WordPress form plugin allow for a lot of possibilities, making it easier for Sprout Invoices to fit into your workflow of getting paid. Here’s a quick overview to help your imagination of how they can fit with your own business.

Dynamic Invoice Submissions

Now you can freely build an easy solution for prospective clients to select product/service/item options on a form and be immediately redirected to an invoice, where they would review the totals and hopefully immediately send you their money.

 

The Gravity Forms plugin (as well as the Ninja Forms and Formidable plugins) allow for Pre-defined Line Items to be used as selections, as seen in the gif above. That said you don’t need to use pre-defined line items at all, you could select the option to not redirect the user to the invoice and later manually build their invoice as an admin, sending it to them at your own pace

Estimate (aka Quote) Submissions

Estimate submissions work the same way as invoice submissions, allowing you to use Pre-defined Line Items to dynamically create estimates. Really the only difference is the selection of “Estimate” when mapping your forms fields.

Client Submissions

Want to create a client (and user) record and leave creating an estimate or invoice for yourself (the admin)? Yes, you can do that too, although not sure why. ?
